Small
by Design.
Bolton LLC is an independent mobile product studio founded by Ron Trackey. We build native apps for the Apple ecosystem and ship them ourselves.
Our own products first
Every app we ship is one we use and believe in. That keeps us close to real users and real constraints.
Native, all the way down
Swift and SwiftUI on iPhone and Apple Watch. Each device gets an app designed for it, never a shrunken copy.
Fast like hardware
Apps talk directly to your devices whenever they can, so every tap responds instantly.

We design and ship our own products — focused on audio, music, and the
devices people actually wear. Our work lives at the intersection of
consumer hardware and software: making powerful systems feel effortless
from your wrist.
Occasionally, we partner with teams who share that focus. But our primary craft is building things we believe in and shipping them ourselves.
